We are two sisters who have a passion for organization, health, and healing. Combining these two to create beautiful useful tools for all humans.
I have always found joy in design and organization. From a young age I was crafting up to-do lists on "post-its" to drawing up schematics for brand logos. Combining these two loves with external factors that have I encountered in my path, my beautiful sister and I have created Elle & Eve - Journals & Guides.
Being a Mom of two young girls, I know the need for a good catcher of thoughts, list of dreams, daily to-do checklist, the lists go on! On a daily basis, I find myself searching for the tools to get the ideas out of my head. The mental load of being a Mom is a lot, and I am here for you! With journals to record your daily gratitude to health guides to keep you on track of your self care!
I received my degree from Arizona State University in Communication and Design Studies. For me, this degree combined everything that I loved! From there I jumped straight into the Magazine world and am currently a local publisher of a stunning Wedding Magazine.
Aside from being a Mom, I hold many other "hats", that require my attention. I hope you find a journal and or a guide that suits your "hat(s)". And if not, reach out! We are always looking to fill a void with something functional and beautiful!

I became passionate about health, healing, and nutrition at 13 years old when I struggled with my periods. During my high school years, I visited numerous doctors trying to figure out what was causing my pain. I did all of my own research and I had to learn how to advocate for my health. From my research, I realized how important nutrition was for my various symptoms. I decided to pursue my degree in nutrition to heal my body from the inside. After 14 years of visiting every different medical specialty and doing extensive research on my own, I suspected I had Endometriosis. Finally, I found a doctor who listened to me, and I had my first endo surgery in 2018 at 28 years old. In 2019, I needed another surgery where I had an appendectomy due to my endo spreading to other organs. I found out during that surgery that I also have Adenomyosis. Recently, I have been dealing with hormone imbalances that could be PCOS/ blood sugar related which has been a whole new journey to navigate.
It has been extremely frustrating and discouraging to visit doctor after doctor and have them dismiss my symptoms, saying, “Well you look healthy”, while on the inside my body is writhing in excruciating pain and my fatigue is chronically debilitating. Our symptoms are not normal, and it should not take this long for us to get diagnosed. The Endo/ Adeno/ PCOS community needs more awareness and funding to get us better access to early diagnosis and treatment options.
I hope to help others be able to take charge of their health, track their symptoms easily by utilizing our journals. The goal of these journals is to help people and their providers get an insight into what their daily life looks like living with these diseases.
I have done an extensive amount of research on how environmental toxins can impact so many different aspects of our lives. It has taken me years to completely transition to a low-toxic lifestyle which is why I am passionate about providing others with the non-toxic tools they could use to heal from surgery or help on their road to recovery or relief, cue our healing boxes.
